We offer the following rights of return in addition to your statutory rights:

Unwanted goods may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange if they are returned unused and in their original condition to this store.  Returns must be made with proof of purchase. There are certain goods to which the right to return do not apply and these are set out below*. We will inspect all goods upon return. If through your handling the goods have decreased in value, we may decline to accept the return of the goods. 

*Products which cannot be returned for a refund, unless in in accordance with your statutory rights.

• Products with a seal, where the seal is broken, such as software or memory cards. 

• Clothing and in-ear headphones which have been worn or used.

Refunds will be provided in the original form of tender or as a credit via a gift voucher which may be used to purchase alternative goods from us, and which will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Refunds and exchanges on purchases made as part of a sale or with other promotional discount will be calculated at the reduced price.
